Track your parcel with Mondial Relay
If your order is shipped via Mondial Relay , you can track its progress online at any time.
How can I track my parcel?
1. Have your parcel number ready
After your order has been shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
This email contains your Mondial Relay parcel number .
👉 The parcel number consists of 8 digits .
2. Access the Mondial Relay tracking page
Visit the official tracking page:
https://www.mondialrelay.fr/suivi-de-colis/
3. Fill in the requested information
On the tracking page, please enter:

The parcel number (8 digits)

The recipient's postal code
⚠️ The recipient's postal code is required to view package tracking.
Then click on Validate .
4. Track your order
Once the information is validated, you will be able to check the status of your package:

package in transit

parcel arrived at the Relay Point

Package available for collection
Collecting the parcel from a Relay Point
When your package is available:

you receive an email and/or SMS notification

go to the Relay Point chosen when placing your order

Introduce:

an identity document
-
your parcel number
-
⏰ The parcel is kept at the Relay Point for a limited time before being returned to the sender.
