Refund policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If this is not the case, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, subject to the conditions below.
1. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, without having to provide any reason.
Return conditions (withdrawal)
To be eligible for a refund under the right of withdrawal, the product must be:
- unused,
- undamaged,
- returned in its original packaging,
- complete (accessories, instructions, protections intact).
Any item returned incomplete, damaged, soiled, or showing signs of use may be subject to depreciation or partial refusal of refund, depending on its condition after inspection by our services. In accordance with regulations, the customer is allowed to handle the product only to the extent necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and proper functioning. Any use beyond this simple verification engages the customer’s responsibility.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of an error on our part.
Before accepting any return, Barber Outlet reserves the right to request elements from the customer to verify the condition of the product, including:
- written confirmation indicating whether the product has been used or tested,
- recent photographs of the product (device, blades, accessories),
- a photograph of the original packaging.
Barber Outlet reserves the right to suspend the processing of the request until these elements have been provided.
2. Products excluded from the right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products unsealed after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
This includes, in particular: razors, blades, cosmetic products, as well as cutting or shaving devices that have been opened, used, or tested.
These products may be subject to depreciation or partial refusal of refund depending on their condition after inspection.
Any product returned showing signs of use, handling, cleaning, or the presence of hair, beard hair, or residue in the blades or mechanisms will be considered used and may be subject to depreciation or partial refusal of refund.
3. Legal guarantee of conformity (defective product)
Independently of the right of withdrawal, products sold by Barber Outlet benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in Articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the French Consumer Code.
This guarantee covers only defects of conformity or manufacturing defects existing at the time of delivery of the product.
Strict conditions for applying the guarantee
The customer is invited to report any defect as soon as possible and ideally within 7 days from its discovery in order to allow for rapid processing of the request.
The customer must immediately stop using the product and return it in its original condition to allow technical inspection.
Use strictly necessary to verify the product is permitted. Any prolonged, repeated, or professional use, any lack of sufficient proof, as well as any damage resulting from misuse, normal wear and tear, or events occurring after the sale will exclude coverage under the guarantee.
Recognition of the defect is strictly subject to a technical inspection carried out by our services.
Use of the product beyond strictly necessary testing constitutes acceptance of its conformity without reservation.
Procedure in case of alleged defect
Any request for refund or replacement for a defective product requires:
return of the product for technical inspection,
verification of the existence and origin of the defect.
Return shipping costs must initially be advanced by the customer. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed after diagnosis, the return shipping costs incurred by the customer may be reimbursed upon presentation of proof and validation by our customer service. The cost of reshipping the repaired or replaced product will be borne by Barber Outlet.
If no defect is found after inspection, return and reshipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Barber Outlet reserves the right to refuse reimbursement of shipping costs deemed excessive or unjustified.
4. Return procedure
Before any return, the customer must contact customer service by email at the following address:

The request must specify:
- the order number,
- the reason for the return.
Prior validation required
No return will be accepted without prior approval from customer service.
The customer must provide elements allowing the evaluation of the product’s condition (photos, description of use, etc.).
Return organization
Once the request is validated, return instructions will be communicated to the customer.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (except in case of error on our part or defective product).
The customer is free to choose the carrier of their choice.
Transport responsibility
The returned product travels under the sole responsibility of the customer until it is received by our services.
Barber Outlet cannot be held responsible in case of loss, theft, or damage to the package during return transport.
No refund can be issued if the product is not received.
It is strongly recommended to use tracked and insured shipping.
5. Refund
When a refund is applicable:
- it is issued using the same payment method used for the order,
- within 14 days from receipt of the returned product or proof of shipment provided by the customer.
However, Barber Outlet reserves the right to delay the refund until the product has been received and fully inspected by our after-sales service.
Barber Outlet also reserves the right to refuse any refund in case of fraud or manifest abuse.
Product inspection
All returned products will be inspected upon receipt by our after-sales service.
In case of signs of use, damage, or non-compliance with return conditions, Barber Outlet reserves the right to:
- apply a reduction (depreciation),
- or refuse all or part of the refund.
No refund will be issued until the product has been received and inspected by our services.
6. Non-refundable products
- Customized or made-to-order items,
- Products excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with the law,
- Products showing improper or excessive use,
- Products returned but not received by our services.
In case of loss, theft, or damage to the package during return transport, no refund will be issued.
The customer is solely responsible for the choice of carrier and shipping method. It is their responsibility to contact the carrier for any claims if necessary.
7. Consumer mediation
In accordance with Articles L612-1 and following of the French Consumer Code, the customer has the possibility to use a consumer mediator free of charge in order to resolve a dispute amicably with Barber Outlet, after a prior written request to our customer service.
