At Barber Outlet, we select high-end equipment, designed to support demanding barbers in their daily activities. If your device malfunctions, our technical department will assist you with a clear and structured procedure.

How to proceed?

1. Contact our customer service

Please provide us with:

  • Your order number
  • The model concerned
  • A precise description of the problem
  • A photo or video if possible

These elements allow us to speed up the processing of your request.

Prior checks
Before any request for support, we recommend that you check the following: cleaning of the cutting head, absence of hair blocked in the mechanism, proper attachment of the blades and full charge of the device.

Many apparent malfunctions may be due to a lack of maintenance or a simple adjustment.

2. Product return

If a technical check is necessary:

  • The product must first be returned at your expense. These costs can only be reimbursed if a defect is confirmed after diagnosis by our after-sales service. 
  • The shipment must be made with a tracking number
  • The device must be properly protected
  • The device must be returned complete with all its accessories

The product must be returned in its original condition, unassembled and unmodified. Any unauthorized opening, modification, or attempted repair may result in refusal of warranty coverage.

3. Responsibility for shipping during returns

The customer is responsible for the package during transport and until it is received at our premises.
We strongly recommend opting for shipping with a tracking number and, if possible, with insurance covering the value of the product.

In the event of loss, theft or damage to the package during transport, Barber Outlet cannot be held responsible. Any claim must be made directly by the customer to the carrier.

4. Diagnostic technique

Upon receipt, our after-sales service performs a full examination to precisely identify the origin of the malfunction.

If a malfunction is detected, the customer is asked to immediately stop using the device and contact our customer service. Prolonged use of a product with a defect may worsen the problem and prevent precise identification of the origin of the malfunction. In this case, warranty coverage may be refused if technical analysis reveals prolonged use despite the presence of an apparent defect.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, an appropriate solution will be proposed in accordance with our warranty procedure: repair, replacement or refund. Return shipping costs incurred by the customer may be reimbursed upon presentation of proof of purchase. Only standard return costs are covered. Additional options chosen by the customer (such as transport insurance or express delivery service) are not covered.

If no manufacturing defect is found, the product will be considered compliant and functional. The initial shipping costs to our after-sales service and the cost of reshipping the product to the customer will remain their responsibility. Reshipment will be carried out after payment of the corresponding shipping costs.

5. Outcome of the handling

Depending on the conclusions of the technical analysis, we offer the most suitable solution:

  • Repair
  • Replacement
  • Refund

The solution to be implemented is determined by our technical service after diagnosis, in accordance with the applicable warranty conditions.

6. Warranty period

The warranty period depends on the use of the product:

  • Private use (consumer): 2-year warranty (legal conformity warranty)
  • Professional use: 1-year warranty

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal product use.

The professional warranty applies only to purchases made by professionals for their business activities.

⚠️ What is not covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Damage related to a fall or impact
  • Improper use or unsuitable maintenance
  • Any modification or opening of the device
  • Normal wear and tear of parts (battery, blades, consumables)
  • Malfunctions related to lack of maintenance, defective cleaning, or hair accumulation in the device

Any use not in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations or lack of maintenance may lead to exclusion from the warranty.

Our commitment

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions covered by the legal warranty. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, impact, fall, product modification or normal wear and tear.

Every returned device undergoes a thorough technical analysis to determine the precise origin of the malfunction.

Only defects confirmed by our technical department will be covered, in accordance with our warranty conditions.
