These Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products or services offered by Barber Outlet to its customers.

3. Products

  • The products offered for sale are those described on the website, subject to availability.
  • Photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee perfect similarity (particularly regarding colors displayed on screens).

4. Orders

  • Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale, as well as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
  • Barber Outlet reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of a dispute with the customer or suspicion of fraud.

5. Prices

  • Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (VAT included).
  • Shipping costs are specified at checkout and vary depending on the destination and delivery method selected.
  • Barber Outlet reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed.

6. Promotions and Commercial Offers

Promotional offers, discount codes, flash sales, or commercial operations (including “weekend deals”) offered on the Barber Outlet website are valid within their validity period and subject to available stock.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be combined with each other or with other ongoing promotions. Barber Outlet reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of fraudulent use of a promotional code or in case of a manifest pricing error.

Promotional codes are not retroactive and cannot give rise to a refund after an order has been validated.

7. Payment

  • Payment is due immediately upon ordering. It can be made by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, or any other method offered on the website.
  • Transactions are secured using encryption protocols in accordance with current standards.

8. Delivery

  • Delivery times are provided as estimates and may vary depending on the carrier or in cases of force majeure.
  • In case of excessive delay or non-delivery, the customer may cancel the order in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
  • The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information provided at the time of ordering.
  • In the event of an incorrect address provided by the customer resulting in delivery failure or return of the package to the seller, the initial shipping costs as well as any reshipping costs will remain the responsibility of the customer.
  • In case of failure to collect the parcel at a pickup point within the required timeframe or refusal of the parcel, shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Barber Outlet cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the carrier.

9. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the law, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer when exercising the right of withdrawal, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.

The refund is issued using the same payment method used for the order, within 14 days from receipt and verification of the returned product, or from the proof of shipment provided by the customer including a valid tracking number.

The product must be returned complete, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition allowing it to be resold.

In accordance with regulations, the customer is responsible for any depreciation resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the product.

The product may only be handled to the extent necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and proper functioning, as would be possible in a physical store. Any use beyond this is considered normal use of the product.

Therefore, any use beyond simple testing (including prolonged or professional use, or signs of wear, hair, residue, or damage) may result in a deduction from the refund amount or a partial refusal of the refund.

For hygiene reasons, personal use products such as clippers or razors returned with signs of use that prevent resale may be subject to depreciation.

We reserve the right to delay the refund until the product has been received and inspected.

Return procedure

Before any return, the customer must contact customer service to obtain prior approval.

Barber Outlet reserves the right to request any elements allowing verification of the product’s condition (photographs, confirmation of use, etc.).

The returned product remains the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our services.

In case of loss, theft, or incident during return transport, no refund can be issued.
It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the carrier for any claims.

It is strongly recommended to use tracked and insured shipping.

Barber Outlet reserves the right to refuse any refund in case of fraud or manifest abuse.

10. Warranty and After-Sales Service

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with Articles L.217-3 to L.217-20 of the French Consumer Code and Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code.

The consumer has a period of two years from delivery of the product to act under the legal guarantee of conformity.
