Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

This number allows you to track the delivery of your package directly on the carrier's website.

Estimated Delivery Times

The delivery times indicated below are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, or time of year.

Delivery times are expressed in business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

These deadlines are estimated and may be slightly extended in cases of high activity, specific logistical conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Once the package is taken over by the carrier, Barber Outlet cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the carrier.

If you cannot find your tracking number, please check your inbox and your junk mail (spam).

DPD

If your order is shipped via DPD, you can track your package online.

Steps:

  1. Retrieve your DPD tracking number from the shipping email.
  2. Go to the tracking page: https://www.dpd.com/fr/fr/recevoir-des-colis/
  3. Enter your parcel number.

You can track the delivery stages:

  • Package picked up
  • Package in transit
  • Package out for delivery
  • Package delivered

Delivery times:

  • DPD Predict (home delivery): generally 2 to 4 business days.
  • DPD Pickup (relay point): generally 2 to 5 business days.
  • DPD Classic (Europe delivery): generally 2 to 5 business days.

These times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, period, or logistical conditions.

Colissimo

If your order is shipped via Colissimo, you can track your package directly on La Poste's website.

  • Colissimo is only available for the Corsica region: generally 2 to 4 business days.

Steps:

  1. Retrieve your tracking number sent by email upon shipment.
  2. Go to the tracking page: https://www.laposte.fr/outils/suivre-vos-envois

  3. Enter your tracking number in the dedicated field.

You can track the progress of your delivery:

  • Package picked up
  • Package in transit
  • Package out for delivery
  • Package delivered

Important information regarding delivery

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information provided during the order.

In case of an error in the address provided or if packages are not collected from a relay point within the given timeframe, the package may be returned to the sender. In this case, delivery fees cannot be refunded and re-shipping fees may be requested.

Tracking issue?

If your tracking does not appear immediately after shipment, it is possible that the carrier may take a few hours to activate the tracking.

If your package seems stuck or if the tracking has not updated for several days, we invite you to contact our customer service so that we can check the situation with the carrier.
