Payment policies
The conditions stipulated are the payment terms applicable to any order placed on the Barber Outlet website.
1. Accepted payment methods
Orders placed on the Barber Outlet websiteare payable in euros (€).
We accept the following payment methods:
- bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, 3D Secure compatible cards),
- payment solutions offered at the time of ordering (e.g., PayPal), if applicable.
Payment is due in full at the time of order confirmation.
2. Payment security
Payments made on the Barber Outlet websiteare secured using encryption protocols that comply with current standards (SSL / TLS).
Barber Outletneverhas access to the customer's bank details.
These are processed exclusively by our secure payment providers.
3. Order Confirmation
An order is considered final after:
- Payment confirmation
- sending an order confirmation email.
Barber Outletreserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of:
- of a previous payment dispute,
- suspicion of fraud
- of incomplete or obviously erroneous delivery information.
4. Debit and Billing
The payment method is debited immediately upon order confirmation.
A payment confirmation or invoice is sent to the customer electronically.
5. Payment incident or refusal
In case of refusal of payment or incident:
- The order is automatically cancelled.
- No products will be shipped.
Barber Outlet cannot be held responsible for delays or inability to deliver resulting from a refusal of payment.
6. Refunds
In the event of a refund being accepted in accordance with theapplicable refund policy :
- The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the order.
- within 7 to 14 working days after final validation of the file.
7. Fraud and Unauthorized Use
Any fraudulent use of a payment method may result in:
- order cancellation,
- a report to the relevant payment provider,
- and, if necessary, filing a complaint.
